Before your session, ensure to hydrate well and follow a light diet to ease the treatment process. It's also important to relax and clear your schedule post-treatment, allowing your body to adjust and respond optimally to the therapy. To ensure the best results from your Colonic Hydrotherapy session, we recommend not eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Arriving on an empty stomach helps ensure a more comfortable and effective session.
