How Colon Hydrotherapy Works
THE PROCESS
At Fernz Wellness, sessions are guided by Megan Fernandez, a certified practitioner who ensures your comfort and safety throughout the entire process. Sessions are designed to be comfortable, private, and tailored to your individual needs.

Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before your appointment, keep your meals light 12 hours prior and drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated.

You settle onto the LIBBE contoured basin in the private treatment room. A certified colon hydrotherapist will guide you through inserting the small disposable rectal tube and activating the purified water flow.

Warm, purified water gently flows into the colon. The treatment encourages the natural release of waste, working with your body's own rhythms. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes.

Following your session, your practitioner will review general aftercare information and answer any questions you may have about your session.
