Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Fernz Wellness (“Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a clear and fair Refunds & Cancellation Policy for all clients. By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy for Single Sessions

  • Single sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the session is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy for Packages

  • Package deals are refundable within 14 days of purchase only if unused.

  • Once a package has been used for even one session, it becomes non-refundable.

  • All package credits must be used within 3 months of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

  • The full service fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Late Arrival Policy

To maintain a smooth schedule for all clients:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be forfeited and non-refundable.

5. Contraindications & Client Responsibility

Certain health conditions may make you ineligible for our services. These are listed on our Contraindications Page.

It is your responsibility to review all contraindications before booking.

Refunds Cannot Be Issued If:

  • You arrive with a contraindication that prevents us from safely performing your treatment.

  • You fail to disclose a health condition that results in a treatment refusal.

Please review contraindications carefully to avoid forfeiting your session.

6. Non-Transferable Credits

Session credits, package sessions, or promotional credits:

  • May only be used by the original purchaser unless explicitly approved by our staff.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
