Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Fernz Wellness (“Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a clear and fair Refunds & Cancellation Policy for all clients. By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At Fernz Wellness, each appointment time is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized experience for every client.

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
All prepaid services and packages remain available as studio credit.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If an emergency occurs, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

2. Late Arrival Policy

To maintain a smooth schedule for all clients:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Contraindications & Client Responsibility

Certain health conditions may make you ineligible for our services. These are listed on our Contraindications Page.

It is your responsibility to review all contraindications before booking.

Refunds Cannot Be Issued If:

  • You arrive with a contraindication that prevents us from safely performing your treatment.

  • You fail to disclose a health condition that results in a treatment refusal.

Please review contraindications carefully to avoid forfeiting your session.

4. Non-Transferable Credits

Session credits, package sessions, or promotional credits:

  • May only be used by the original purchaser unless explicitly approved by our staff.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
