Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Fernz Wellness (“Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a clear and fair Refunds & Cancellation Policy for all clients. By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Card on File

A valid card is required to reserve an appointment at Fernz Wellness. Booking an individual service does not charge the full service amount in advance. Your card may be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy below.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours notice is provided.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If an emergency occurs, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

3. Late Arrival Policy

To maintain a smooth schedule for all clients:

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session will be forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Contraindications & Client Responsibility

Certain health conditions may make you ineligible for our services. These are listed on our Contraindications Page.

It is your responsibility to review all contraindications before booking.

Refunds Cannot Be Issued If:

  • You arrive with a contraindication that prevents us from safely performing your treatment.

  • You fail to disclose a health condition that results in a treatment refusal.

Please review contraindications carefully to avoid forfeiting your session.

5. Non-Transferable Credits

Session credits, package sessions, or promotional credits:

  • May only be used by the original purchaser unless explicitly approved by our staff.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
