1. Wellness Services Disclaimer
The Services provided by Fernz Wellness are intended for wellness and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By booking a Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

You understand the Services are non-medical in nature.
2. Contraindications & Client Responsibility
Certain conditions may make you ineligible for colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage, or other Services. These are known as contraindications.
It is your responsibility to review all contraindications listed on our Contraindications Page before booking.
By booking a Service, you confirm that:
You have reviewed the contraindications carefully.
You have ensured that none apply to you.
You will disclose any health changes or concerns prior to treatment.
Refund Policy Related to Contraindications
Refunds will not be issued if you arrive for your appointment and are unable to proceed due to a contraindication. Please review contraindications prior to scheduling.
3. Booking, Scheduling & Cancellation
A. Appointments
Appointments may be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
B. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows without notice will be charged the full scheduled service price. Please review our current Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking.
C. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be available depending on appointment availability.
4. Client Conduct & Safety
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we reserve the right to:
Refuse service
End a session early
Decline future appointments
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
Inappropriate behavior
Failure to disclose health conditions
Signs of intoxication
Aggressive or disrespectful conduct
5. Instructions Prior to Treatment
Clients are expected to follow all instructions provided on our FAQ Page and in appointment confirmation emails. These may include:
Dietary guidelines
Hydration recommendations
Safety instructions
Preparation steps
Arriving unprepared may affect your treatment outcome.
6. Payments & Fees
A valid payment card may be required to reserve an appointment. Individual services are not charged in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By booking, you authorize Fernz Wellness to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with our posted Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prepaid packages are charged at the time of purchase.
7. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our Services, you understand and agree that:
Wellness services may involve physical, emotional, or detox-related responses.
Individual results vary.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving Services.
8. Intellectual Property
