We are open by appointment only. Please plan in advance, as availability may be limited. Any same-day openings will appear online when available.

If you purchase a 3-pack, please contact us directly to book your remaining two sessions. Do not book them again online, as the system will charge you twice.

Our services require that no contraindications are present. Please review all contraindications on our Contraindications Page carefully before booking. Refunds will not be issued if you arrive unable to proceed with your treatment.

If, for any reason, you’re not able to continue with the session or feel uncomfortable once it starts, we’ll decide whether a credit or a 50% refund is appropriate for the situation.

For new clients, there will be light paperwork. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged. Arriving late may result in a shorter session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice will forfeit the appointment.

We try to answer all calls, but if we’re in session, texting is the fastest way to reach us.
