We are open by appointment only. Same-day openings will appear online when available.

If your preferred day shows no availability, you can add your name to the waitlist. We’ll see it and will reach out if an opening comes up.

After purchasing a 3-pack, contact us directly to book your remaining sessions. Do not book them online to avoid duplicate charges.

If you’re not able to continue with the session or feel uncomfortable once it starts, we’ll decide if a credit or a 50% refund is appropriate for the situation.

We try to answer all calls, but if we’re in session, texting is the fastest way to reach us.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged. Arriving late may result in a shorter session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice will forfeit the appointment.
