We are open by appointment only and require at least 2 hours notice to accommodate same-day bookings, if availability allows.

Please note: I will send you detailed instructions on how to prepare, along with directions to our studio and a set of questions to prescreen first-timers, via text the night before your appointment. If you do not receive this text by then, please check our FAQ page for the directions and instructions.

If, for any reason, you are unable to proceed with the session or feel uncomfortable once it has begun, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

In our office, colon hydrotherapy is offered as a preventative wellness service for otherwise healthy individuals. If you're experiencing significant gut issues or chronic digestive concerns, you must be cleared by a physician first. A doctor’s note will be required prior to booking. Colon hydrotherapy is not permitted if you have any possible contraindications. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, and the fee for the scheduled service will be charged.

Call us (leave voicemail) or Text Us if you need to book an appointment that is not open on the calendar and we will try to accommodate.

Arriving late may result in a shorter session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time without prior notice, your session will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding!

For new clients, keep in mind that there is paperwork to fill out, so arriving 10 minutes before your appointment is recommended.
