We are open by appointment only and require at least 2 hours notice to accommodate same-day bookings, if availability allows.

If you purchase a 3-pack, please text us directly to book your remaining two sessions. Do not book them again online, as the system will charge you twice.

If, for any reason, you’re not able to continue with the session or feel uncomfortable once it starts, we’ll decide whether a credit or a 50% refund is appropriate for the situation.

Colon hydrotherapy is not permitted if you have any possible contraindications. See our Contraindications page.

For new clients, keep in mind that there is light paperwork to fill out. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged. In the event of a genuine emergency, on either the client’s or practitioner’s part, we may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion. Arriving late may result in a shorter session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time without prior notice, your session will be forfeited.

Call us (leave voicemail) or Text Us if you need to book an appointment that is not open on the calendar and we will try to accommodate.
