We are open by appointment only and require at least 2 hours notice to accommodate same-day bookings, if availability allows.

If you purchase a 3-pack, please contact us directly to book your remaining two sessions. Do not book them again online, as the system will charge you twice.

These services require that there are no contraindications present. Please review all contraindications on our Contraindications Page carefully before booking, as refunds cannot be issued if you arrive unable to proceed with your scheduled treatment.

If, for any reason, you’re not able to continue with the session or feel uncomfortable once it starts, we’ll decide whether a credit or a 50% refund is appropriate for the situation.

For new clients, keep in mind that there is light paperwork to fill out. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged. Arriving late may result in a shorter session in order to stay on schedule for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time without prior notice, your session will be forfeited.

Appointments outside standard hours may be available by request and are subject to a 20% extended-hour rate.

*We try to answer all calls, but in case we're in a session with a client, sending a text ensures the fastest and most efficient response.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Single sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Package deals are refundable within 14 days only if unused; once started, they are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another service. Credits must be used within 3 months of purchase.
